The beginning of this video is great for a beginner like me, but then it gets into stomach and floor work, which is very difficult for a beginner. So, some parts of the video were great, others, not so much. I tried to do the whole video but was unable to do it, I think it's more of an intermediate video than a beginners video. I will keep it though as a reminder that I have to continue to get better and this video will help me to do that. Thanks.

This video is just what I was looking for. It's challenging but not too complicated to jump into right away. The perfect exercises to strengthen core and other muscle groups for belly dance!
