HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Choose the item(s) you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. When you are done shopping, click proceed to checkout and complete these steps:
- Your shipping information (delivery address).
- Choose your shipping method. USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS rates will be displayed based on the weight of your shipment and the delivery time.
- Enter your billing address and choose your payment method. You can pay with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), PayPal, or money order (USA only). If you are paying with a credit card, the billing address associated with your credit card must match the billing address you enter, otherwise you cannot complete your order.

HOW DO I USE A COUPON?
Once you have added your item(s) to your shopping cart, enter your coupon code in the "Apply Coupon" box and click the "Go!" button. You must apply your coupon while in the shopping cart area before you proceed to checkout.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
All orders delivered to California addresses are subject to the appropriate sales tax, currently at 8.75%

DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTIES?
All orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to taxes, duties or other fees by the customs department of your country. We do not collect or charge any additional fees or taxes for international shipments.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes, we ship to any country that receives mail. You will be able to choose your country during the checkout process. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us. Please note that APO/FPO shipments may require additional delivery time.

WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders received before 4:00 PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product(s) ordered is in stock in our local warehouse. USPS Express Mail orders must be received by 2:00 PM PST to ship the same day. Orders received after these deadlines will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will ship the following business day.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping prices are based on the weight of your item(s) and the shipping method you choose. During the checkout process, USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS rates will be displayed based on the weight of your shipment and the delivery time. If you don't find an option that works for you, you can cancel your order at that time and your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged as the shipping selection comes before any payment information is collected.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Pricing is based on the weight of your order. Here are the delivery times for the shipping options available:
Domestic (USA)
- USPS (United States Postal Service) options:
- First Class Mail: 1 - 5 days, depending on your distance from Los Angeles. This option will not be listed in your shipping options if your package weighs over 13 ounces.
- Priority Mail: 1 - 3 days, depending on your distance from Los Angeles.
- Express Mail: 1 - 2 business days (order must be received by 1:00 PM PST)
- UPS (United Parcel Service) No P.O. Box deliveries
- Ground: 1 - 5 business days, depending on your distance from Los Angeles. Please click here to see delivery time to your location for UPS Ground
- 3 Day Select: 1 - 3 business days, depending on your distance from Los Angeles
- 2nd Day Air: 1 - 2 business days, depending on your distance from Los Angeles
- Next Day Air: Overnight
International:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- First Class Mail: 6 - 15 days, depending on the speed and efficiency of the post office in your county. This does not include delays caused by the post office or customs/duties office, which may delay your order up to another 15 days.
- Priority Mail: 5 - 10 days, depending on the speed and efficiency of the post office in your county. This does not include delays caused by the post office or customs/duties office, which may delay your order up to another 15 days.
- Express Mail: 3 - 5 days, depending on the speed and efficiency of the post office in your county. This does not include delays caused by the post office or customs/duties office, which may delay your order up to another 15 days.
- UPS (United Parcel Service) - Note: no P.O. Box deliveries
- Worldwide Express: By 12:00 PM (noon)
- Canada: Next business day
- Europe, Mexico and Latin America: Two business days
- Asia and Australia: Three business days
- Worldwide Saver: By end of day

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers that provide detailed information about the progress of your package are given to you in your shipment notification E-Mail for the following shipping methods:
- Within the USA:
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS First Class Mail (International)
- USPS Priority Mail (International)
- USPS Express Mail
- UPS (all service levels)
- International:
- USPS Express Mail (International)
- UPS Worldwide Express
- UPS Worldwide Saver
Customs numbers are available to you for the following shipping methods. These tracking numbers provide basic information limited to the arrival of the package to the border of your country:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return your unused item(s) (except personal items such as earrings) for exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Only one return transaction (package returned) per order. If multiple returns are attempted on one order, only a store credit will be issued and a $5.00 re-stocking fee will be deducted. To make a return, please:
- Log in to your Bellydance.com account
- Under the "Track your recent orders" section, click on "view details" next to the order number in question.
- Click on "Add New RMA" which is a blue button on the right of your screen directly above the list of item(s) you purchased.
- Please complete the "Create New RMA" screen and click "Save RMA" button at the bottom of the page.
- You will receive an E-Mail with simple instructions on how to ship your item(s) back at your expense.
If you did not create a Bellydance.com account, please click here to print an RMA form and include it with your return.
Once your return item(s) have been received, we will process your return within two business days.
- Exchange items are typically shipped the same day.
- Store credit is issued in the form of a certificate code, which you will receive via E-Mail.
- Refunds are issued back to the payment method used. For credit cards, it may take an additional two days for the credit to appear on your card statement.
Store credits and refunds are issued for the amount of the item(s) purchased. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please Note: Due health and hygiene concerns, certain items such as earrings, hair clips, temporary tattoos, false eyelashes, etc., may NOT be returned. Also, items returned with pet hair on the product or inside the packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding. |
