Fantastic Flexibility DVD
Kristina is an amazing instructor. I got to do a workshop with her in Seattle several years ago. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I look forward to both of her videos. She does a great warm-up, and her method for getting your splits and backbends is excellent. I had an accident in 2011 and had not been able to do a backbend since. After doing her video, the second time I could, with no pain. Anything she puts out video wise, I would buy, no hesitation.

Great Lower Body Stretches
I bought this DVD as an exercise professional that needed to work on flexibility. That said, I did it with a few other friends and found based on their responses that it would not be a good video if you have no basic training on proper form. Other than that, I found it VERY helpful and noticed increased flexibility after doing it 3 times a week for 2 weeks. I would recommend that frequency for any stretch routine, but she really knows her stuff!

This is my new favorite dvd and part of my daily routine now. It's a thorough full body stretch. Good camera angle throughout. She is really fun and I love that she does the stretches and then they added voiceover, so she's not trying to talk while keeping proper form. The voice over is thorough and makes it easy to follow even when your face is turned down from the screen for the stretch. I can't recommend this enough!

Highly recommend
I love this dvd. I am the least flexible by nature, and need guidance to adhere to a stretch workout or I give out from pain. This dvd is challenging, but thorough, and rewarding for the effort. A week in and I was closer to the splits than I'd ever been in my life. The backbend and shoulder section have been helpful, too. If you cross train like me in aerial arts and pole dance, then this dvd is a must.

I've also wanted to work on my flexibility and this DVD is a really great help with that as well! A definite buy for me.
