Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Los Angeles, California. Orders received before 3:00 PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product(s) ordered is in stock in our local warehouse. Orders received after these deadlines will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will ship the following business day.

Pricing is based on the weight of your order and your location and is displayed during checkout.

UPS (United Parcel Service) No P.O. Box deliveries

  • 2nd Day Air: 1 - 2 business days, depending on your distance from Los Angeles

OUR RETURN POLICY:

You can return your unused item(s) (except personal items such as earrings) for exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please Note: Media items including CDs, DVDs, cards and books are not returnable. Due health and hygiene concerns, certain items such as earrings, hair accessories, temporary tattoos, makeup and beauty items, etc., may NOT be returned. Also, items returned with pet hair on the product or inside the packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Only one return transaction (package returned) per order. Once item(s) from an order have been returned for an exchange, any additional exchanges will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges. Also, if more than 75% of items ordered or $300 of merchandise is returned in a three month period, a six month moratorium will be placed on the account and no returns of any kind will be accepted during this period.

To make a return, please:
  1. Log in to your Bellydance.com account
  2. Under the "Track your recent orders" section, click on "view details" next to the order number in question.
  3. Click on "Add New RMA" which is a blue button on the right of your screen directly above the list of item(s) you purchased.
  4. Please complete the "Create New RMA" screen and click "Save RMA" button at the bottom of the page.
  5. You will receive an E-Mail with simple instructions on how to ship your item(s) back at your expense.

    If you did not create a Bellydance.com account, please click here to print an RMA form and include it with your return.

    Once your return item(s) have been received, we will process your return within two business days.
    • Exchange items are typically shipped the same day.
    • Store credit is issued in the form of a certificate code, which you will receive via E-Mail.
    • Refunds are issued back to the payment method used. For credit cards, it may take an additional two days for the credit to appear on your card statement.
    Store credits and refunds are issued for the amount of the item(s) purchased. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
