awesome especially for a dancer who needs a challenge
Awesome workout for a dancer who is no longer feeling challenged by all the other bellydance workouts out there. Excellent to increase strength and mobility in the core. Done it twice now and my undulations are already more fluid and have greater range of motion. You will feel your whole core- especially the obliques. Will also get your heart rate up there. Get a workout while you improve your technique!

Wow! Now I know why Ms. Sadie looks like she does!! None of the moves are difficult, but it is a long workout and so you must adjust accordingly. Am a great admirer of her dancing.
