Elegant and form flattering, these black bell bottom dance pants unique pants are made from comfortable, stretch 90% polyester / 10% spandex fabric. Great for practice, stage, or street wear. Hand wash cold or machine wash gentle, cold cycle; hang or lay flat to dry.

Waistband/High hip: 30 - 36 inches

Not bad.

Material was nice. Very flattering. No so great for short people. If you are 5"3 or under you will need to get these hemmed.

No need to worry about it falling off you

I'm 5'2". It was great after I hemmed it. The buttons popped out. I needed to sew them back on. It should be only sized 2 to 6. I'm size eight and I felt like a spring roll with my kuchi-kuchi thighs. Anyway, my long hip wrap covered what was to be covered. I enjoyed dancing in it.
