A must for layering, this black velvet belt/shawl with fringe is a staple in every fusion style wardrobe! Also great for fusion, "tribaret," cabaret, and other dance costuming as well. Made in Pakistan. Velvet may have minor pressure marks which are hard to notice.

Center length (from top edge to bottom tip of triangle, not including fringe) 28-29 inches

Perfect Velvet Hip Scarf for Layering
This was a great value for the price. The velvet is very nice. I don't see any flaaws in this fabric. I wear this over my black velvet pants with a metal medallion belt on top. It looks beautiful.
