Hi Mala, Thank you for your question. The approximate measurements for the skirts are:

M/L: Hip elastic approx. 31" to 46" inches
Length from hip to bottom ruffle approx. 38" inches

L/XL: Hip elastic approx. 38" to 54" inches
Length from hip to bottom ruffle approx. 39" inches

Hi Kim, the skirt pictured and described is the same in each size. You can choose a variation of GOLD SEQUIN trim or none. This is the only detail that can be varied, and the gold trim is limited to just a few in certain sizes.
