Q: My daughter is six years old. Do you think this would be ok? Most importantly I am from Australia and want to get it before Halloween as my 16year old daughter is having a big birthday party and I wanted this for my younger daughter

Hi Dianna, Thank you for your question. This cute set comes with the halter top and the belt. The Headband - item #1320 and Skirt item #6903 are sold seperately. I have listed the measurements here to help you determine if it would work for your daughter.

BELT: Decorated Portion - 16 inches; Ties - 17.5 inches each (35 inches total).

HALTER TOP: Across the chest - 12.5 inches; Halter cup (from top to bottom) - 6 inches; Neck Ties - Approx. 20 inches each; Back Ties - Approx 22 inches each. I hope this helps.
