This video is so amazing, contains unexpectedly beautiful 5mins choreography, with really cool moves, nice arm positions and a variety of new styles. Alimah explains her concepts on top of that. Pleasant teacher. Really love it and learned so much. Would never expect that from a dvd for such a price.
