get this!
I try to balance my dance practice with fitness, strength and flexibility training. I have bought many DVDs trying to fullfil this, however this is the one to do it... as well as offering warm ups and cool downs!! I am especially fond of the yoga and pilates.

It's a very good buy and excellent DVD for diversity. The different workouts are not to long. I did the pilate n belly dance . Intend to try the yoga. That brings changes to ma routine at excellent price.

Mix-and-match Fitness Fusion DVD
An interesting concept & good value for the price if you are looking for some new ideas for class or individual warm-ups, drills & strengthening exercises. A bit variable in content though that is also part of its novelty & usefulness. The mix-and-match menu is a handy idea, but does mean the internal menu is a little clunky, eg, it can be tricky to fast forward a bit without moving onto a whole new section
