Hi Aurelia, Thank you for your question. This is the largest size we have available in this color., and we do not handle custom orders. Our Silver (Item 4870) and Black (Item 4872) are available in a size up to 44D. I hope this helps.

Hi Tracy, Thank you for your question. This beautiful bra will fit US Women’s Standard sizes 36J to 38F, so it may be a bit large in the cups. You can adjust to make a full fit by putting in some padding. Please take a look at the sizing information and compare it to one of your good fitting bras. The approximate inside cup measurements are: Vertical- 7 - 8 inches / Horizontal- 9 - 10 inches / Diagonal- 8.5 - 9.5 inches and the bra band is 33 - 39 inches.
