Hi Carol, Thank you for your inquiry. This item is just the hip scarf, the skirt is not attached. The skirt is item #5793 and is sold separately. I hope this helps.

Hi Dawn, Thank you for your question. This sparkling belt does tie. Our model is wearing it tied at the side, but you can tie it where you like. We do not have photos of it without the skirt. The decorated section is approximately - 33 - 34 inches; the ties are approximately 14 inches each and have some stretch, the Length (not including fringe) is 7 inches.
