What colour are the sequins without the shimmer? Like are they black with iridescent blue undertones or are they actually blue?

Hi Anika, Thank you for your question. The sequins are black and shimmer with a beautiful array of blue and green colors as they move. In the photo, they appear blue because they are still. I hope this helps.
