This video is very well done but probably not for beginners, as an intermediate/advanced level dancer I found it helped me build on skills I already have and work through some of my rough spots.

Wonderful Shimmy DVD

I find Amar Gamal's DVDs quite challenging yet very rewarding. This one is no exception. The instructions are clear and concise. A DVD for repetitive and progressive study. I use the videos in a playlist starting with the ones that are easier for me to follow and with time move on to the more challenging ones.

This video is hard, but with practice I get happy that I learned some interesting moves. I like this video.
