Hi Jacqui, here are the APPROXIMATE SIZING / MEASUREMENTS: Arm band: 11 inches end to end; Velcro: 1.25 inches; Closes fully to 9.75 inches. Strap: 48 - 65 inches. For future reference, all product details, including sizing and measurements, can be found in the description below the photos.

Hi Fotia, thank you for your question. The band that wraps around your upper arm is not stretchy. The strap that wraps down the arm is stretchy and measures 48 unstretched to 65 stretched inches. I hope this helps.
